1967 Fender Black Face Bassman 50 Watt Head. All Original with Tube Socket Shields and Head Cover. Considering its age, the Head is in Excellent Mechanical and Cosmetic Vintage Condition. Works Great ! The Head also has ALL New Groove Tube 6L6 Power and 12AX7 Pre Amp Tubes with less than 5 Hours on them. A Truly Vintage Gem and very Hard to find in this Condition. The Head in Fair Condition is worth about $750. Mine is in Excellent Vintage Condition and the Tubes are worth about $200. Thanks for Looking. Serial # A13550 with a Factory stenciled stamp on the back that says 67. I also used a Shielded Groove Tube SPAX7 Pre Amp Tube in Pre Amp Socket #1. A quiet Amp with True Vintage Fender Tube Tone. This Amp in no way needs recapped, it is very solid, quiet when idle and The Pots are dead silent and smooth. It Rocks at a Volume setting of 2 or higher. I have owned it for over 10 years and have pretty much gone to a Line 6 Setup and I will occasionally fire up my Mesa Boogie 100 Watt Mark IIc Head that I bought Brand New in 1986. The Fender does a lot of sitting and is mostly covered up in a Temperature controlled environment. Model Bassman - Amp AA165, Production 13 (the 13 is an Ink Stamp), Power
Supply 117 Volts, 50/60 Cycles A/C, Power Consumption 175 Watts. There
is also some properly wound, not worn out at all, Electrical tape on the
Power cord at 2 small sections. The Power Cord is original and still
very flexible, NOT at all dried out or brittle. I kept the original
Power Cord intact so that I could keep the Amp Completely Original
except for The Groove Tubes.
